Botany Spotlight: Mosses of Duke Forest

Spend an afternoon in Duke Forest, learning about the common mosses of North Carolina woods. Learn about the biology of mosses and liverworts and gain basic moss identification skills as you explore a world beneath your feet.  

Fee: $22; 20% discount for Duke Gardens members with discount code.   

Location: Duke Forest; driving directions will be sent with the program reminder. Parking is free and carpooling is encouraged.  

Accessibility: This will be a small group program that takes place outdoors and traveling on unpaved trails with some uneven surfaces.
