Join us for a story time and some self-guided activities in the Charlotte Brody Discovery Garden (D3 on the map). Story times will begin at 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. each Saturday, with drop-in activities from 10 a.m. to noon.
Build your bird observation skills on a slow stroll through Duke Gardens as you gather a list of different birds that use the Gardens. If you have ever found yourself wondering about the birds that are flying or singing around you, bring those questions with you to learn together as a group. Bring your own binoculars if you have them (not required) and a sense of curiosity.
¡La hora de cuentos es un programa diseñado para que jóvenes y sus adultos puedan aprender y disfrutar de los jardines en español! La hora de cuentos ocurre en el círculo de cuentos en el Charlotte Brody Discovery Garden (marcado con “D3” en el mapa). Cada semana leeremos algunos cuentos, pasaremos tiempo disfrutando de las plantas en este jardín, y realizaremos actividades relacionadas a los cuentos.
