The Garden Chef: Sauces, Salsas and Vinaigrettes
Make the most of your garden harvest with the fresh recipes and ideas you will learn in this class. Recipes will feature edible flowers and herbal pestos. The dishes will help you learn new techniques and flavor combinations; all are vegetarian. Each class ends with a tasting of what you have created.
