A Meditative Walk at Duke Gardens

Thu, May 17, 2018, 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM

The walks build on many meditative traditions, including the Japanese Shinrin Yoku.

Dana brings a wealth of experience as a physician assistant, yoga instructor, personal trainer and coach to her role as a certified forest therapy guide.
