Cooking from the Garden: Cold Soups and Salads
Time to feast upon spring and summer vegetables! Expand your repertoire of summer season salads, along with refreshing cold soups. You will work in small groups to make recipes and then enjoy tasting all the salads and soups. Each class includes in-class tastings.

Fee per session: Gardens members $28; general public $35.
